Gar&T Exterior Cleaning Services was born out of two ‘wants’. We wanted to find out ‘what was on our roof?’ (See ‘so what is it?’ for the answer) and we wanted to utilize our knowledge from the construction and home improvement industries to build a business to serve home and business owners, past, present, and future.
Through extensive research and investment we’ve gained the knowledge and skills to handle exterior cleaning’s toughest challenges. Using what we feel are the industry’s best suppliers of cleaning components, reliable equipment, and finishing products. We are setting our sights on a ‘cleaner tomorrow’.

Oh, bet you wondered about our business’ name, well, “Gar” and “T” are names that at many points in our lives people have referred to us, sisters, cousins, nieces and nephews, and believe it or not customers have called me “Gar”. We are Gary and Tonya Schell, Tonya was the one who told me to find out “what’s on my roof?” So as Paul Harvey would say, now you know the rest of the story.
So what is it?
